This fee covers a Vendor Truck Space up to 30ft for 2 days.
 
Each vendor will be assigned a specific area, and details will be shared one week before the event. Comprehensive information will be included in your vendor packet, which will be available for download after payment is received.

Terms of Service
By paying this invoice, the vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions set forth by The Love Rising Festival (hereafter referred to as "the Festival"):
1. Non-Refundable Fee
The participation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances except if the Festival organizers cancel the event. No refunds will be provided due to weather or any other external factors.
2. Setup and Teardown Requirements
Vendors must complete setup by 8:30 AM on both days of the event. Vendors are required to be fully operational by 10:30 AM.
Vendors must remain operational until the event concludes and all attendees have vacated the venue, or until directed by the Festival organizers.
3. Participation Commitment
Vendors must participate for the entirety of the event on both days. Early departure or failure to adhere to the event hours may result in exclusion from future events and potential penalties.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses required by law.
 Vendors must carry appropriate insurance coverage for their activities and products.
Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
5. Booth Setup
The Festival will allocate booth spaces. Vendors must adhere to the assigned space and setup requirements.
The Festival will provide tents for vendors. Vendors are responsible for any additional tables, chairs, and other necessary equipment.
6. Security and Liability
The Festival is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Love Rising Festival, its organizers, and the venue from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the vendor's participation.
The Festival’s liability to the vendor for any claim arising out of or related to this agreement shall be limited to the amount of the participation fee paid by the vendor.
7. Conduct and Cleanliness
 Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the Festival organizers may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their booth area and disposing of all trash properly. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees.
8. Vendor Compliance
Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Vendors must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the Festival and local authorities.
9. Termination and Penalties
The Festival reserves the right to terminate this agreement and remove any vendor from the event for non-compliance with these terms or for any behavior deemed inappropriate by the organizers. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and the vendor may be subject to penalties including, but not limited to, exclusion from future events.
10. Amendments
The Festival reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes in writing.
11. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
12. Force Majeure
The Festival shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, and natural disasters.
 
Vendor Acknowledgment: By paying this invoice, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
