Through guided breathwork, meditation, and quiet reflection, we create space to calm the nervous system, soften the heart, and cultivate compassion for ourselves and the world around us.
Together, we gather in candlelight to offer a collective prayer for peace, beginning within and extending outward. This intimate experience is designed to restore inner calm while strengthening the shared field of love, kindness, and unity.
